You will need a license file ( License.wle ). If you own a legacy license, use the old Waves License Center. Note: New purchases of V9 are no longer officially sold by Waves; this bundle is now considered "End of Life" (EOL).

Right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator." This ensures registry keys are written correctly for your 64-bit DAW.

Ensure you have the specific Waves_Complete_V9_R15_Installer.exe (or the offline installer package). Do not use the modern Waves Central app for V9, as it may force you to update.
