In the mid-2000s, Canadian television produced a gem that flew largely under the radar of mainstream audiences but found a passionate cult following: The Collector (2004–2006). Created by Jon Cooksey and Ali Marie Matheson, this supernatural horror-drama aired on Citytv and Space (now CTV Sci-Fi Channel).
