Launch the game. The menus, subtitles, and audio should now be in English. Method 2: Editing the Game’s Configuration File If the registry method fails, the game may be reading a local configuration file.

Look for a string value named Language on the right-hand panel.

In the “Language” tab, you will see a dropdown menu. If “Russian” is selected, change it to English .

Right-click on Medal of Honor: Airborne and select Properties .

Close the game completely if it is running.

Save the file (Right-click Notepad → “Run as administrator” if it won’t save).

Restart the game. Method 3: The “Force English” Steam Launch Option (Steam Only) If you own the game on Steam but it auto-detects your region as Russia/CIS, you can override the language using Steam’s properties.
