✅ Inside System > Security > Password Settings , set "Password Validity Period" to "Never."
Look for your DVR's IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.108). You will see a "Status" column. If it says "Inactive" or "Locked," you are in the right place.
Don't panic. Your footage is not lost, and your DVR is not bricked.
