Press and hold the Power button (right side of the phone) until the power menu appears.
A new pop-up will appear asking: “Reboot to safe mode?”
Your Oppo A38 will restart. Once it finishes booting, you will see the words “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
On the screen, you will see options: Power Off , Restart , and Screenshot . Do not tap any of these yet.
Press and hold the Power off icon on the screen. Keep holding it for about 2–3 seconds.
